Making a Good Decision

Who amongst us has never been faced, either personally or in our places of work, with making a serious decision affecting both ourselves and those around us?

One of the gifts of St Ignatius of Loyola was a method he developed from his own experience called the 'discernment of spirits', a process of decision-making which engages the whole person, body, mind and spirit.

If you are someone, or part of a group, needing to come to a prayerful decision about something, taking in all the facts, weighing up the options.... don’t hesitate to get in touch via our contacts page.

If you are a younger person (18-35 yrs.) and you feel you need to make a decision about your future (relationships, job, career, emigration....) we'd be pleased to hear from you. If you'd like to think about your eventual decision with others facing similar choices, a Samuel Group may help. This is a 6-month process which the Jesuit Centre is delighted to host and support. For all further information: Samuel Group
