Dive deeper: Exploring Spirituality & Ways of Prayer

Sunset over Galway BayAn initiative where adults (age 30-45 approx.) can explore contemporary spirituality and spiritual practice.

It is a safe, non-judgmental space in which to take time out and to share experiences of life and prayer. Each evening provides an opportunity to experience a different way of praying or style of meditation, drawing from the rich traditions within Christianity and Ignatian spirituality, such as praying with the breath, sacred reading, centering prayer, the Ignatian examen, as well as practices drawn from Eastern spirituality such as mindfulness and self-compassion.

The aim is to help people find a way of prayer that works for them and that will help them to develop and cultivate inner awareness, stillness, and the capacity for reflection.
